Kamleshan graduated from the University of South Africa (UNISA) with an LLB degree.
He has assisted and worked with senior practitioners such as Jay Pundit, Rakesh Maharaj and Jonathan De Wet. These were mentors from whom he has gained an exceptional and extensive knowledge in both the criminal and civil sectors. Kamleshan has further acquired a wealth of knowledge from many counsels whom he has accompanied to the high court in various matters.
An advantage of having worked with these professionals was Kamleshan having had the opportunity to appear in many courts throughout Kwazulu-Natal, including Nquto, Mthubathuba, Empangeni, Richards Bay, Sodwana Bay, Nsuze, Nyoni, Inkanyezi and Scottburgh to name a few.
